Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Easley, SC to plan and produce catering orders, coordinate events, and ensure guest satisfaction with warm, professional service and craveable Panera dishes delivered promptly.

You will respond to inquiries, manage deliveries, uphold health and safety standards, and support managers and teammates while growing Panera Catering with local businesses, schools and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Food safety training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's food quality standards and promote catering offerings.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
