Job summary

Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering orders, deliver memorable guest experiences, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of Panera foods for events. You will engage with guests to plan menus, coordinate with on-site teams, and maintain high food-safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive growth by promoting Panera Catering to local businesses and schools, while supporting managers and teammates and upholding Panera's welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Uphold health, safety and food-safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's food quality and craveable offerings.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
