Panera LLC in Fremont, California is seeking a Catering Lead to plan and manage catering orders, assist guests in selecting dishes for events, and ensure timely, accurate delivery with friendly service.

You will uphold food safety standards, grow interest in Panera’s catering offerings among local businesses and schools, and support your managers and teammates to foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Food safety training completed (Food Handler’s Card) per law.
• Enjoy people with effective communication.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must have your own vehicle for delivering orders and a driving record that is acceptable.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Able to clearly communicate in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to guests' events.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's high food quality standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
