Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and deliver memorable guest experiences in Vernon Hills, IL. You will coordinate orders, ensure timely delivery, and uphold food safety standards while promoting Panera Catering to local businesses and events.

You will lead with warm service, proactive follow-ups, and strong organizational skills to support events and maintain high food quality.

Qualifications

Must enjoy people and have effective communication skills.
Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25–50 pounds.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Minimum age 18; food safety training and Card if required.

Responsibilities

Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with delivering orders to events.
Adhere to health and food safety standards.
