• Manage the catering order process and verify accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Assemble and verify catering orders per the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
• Handle occasional nights/weekends with a friendly, accommodating client approach.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties when not catering (cashier, guest assistance, line support).
