Job summary

Modern Market Westlake is seeking a Catering Lead Coordinator to manage the catering order process, prepare and deliver orders on time, and maintain exceptional client relations. The role also supports hourly restaurant duties when needed, including cashier or guest assistance.

The position offers hourly pay of $17–$23, with living wages, free meals, and full-time benefits for eligible staff. Requires food handler certification and Texas TABC.

Qualifications

• Must be certified food handler and hold Texas TABC certification.
• Experience in coordinating catering orders and client relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth catering experiences for clients from order receipt to delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities within the community.
• Manage catering order process end-to-end and verify accuracy of orders.
• Be flexible to handle rush orders including nights and weekends while maintaining client-friendly service.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties when not catering.
