Position Description

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly cafes featuring baked breads and pastries, serving made-to-order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. We maintain a grease- and alcohol-free environment, with no fryers and no late nights, ideal for morning people.

As a Manager, you will supervise up to 75 staff members, ensuring top-quality service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, safety, and facility management. We seek passionate, experienced restaurant professionals with attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service.
