Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Catering Lead who will manage catering orders, ensuring guests have a delightful experience from start to finish. This role includes direct interaction with customers, coordinating with team members for timely deliveries, and maintaining Panera’s high standards for food quality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Join Panera’s team and contribute to a culture of warmth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card required by law).
• Enjoy people and have strong communication skills.
• A self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational & time-management skills.
• Own a vehicle suitable for deliveries with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights & weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Capable of standing/walking up to 3 hours.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
