Responsibilities include organizing food, verifying quantities, coordinating with stations, and ensuring proper packaging under HACCP guidelines. The position requires strong organization and communication skills and may involve standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in off-premise catering or high-volume production is preferred.
• Current ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack and organize food for delivery to off-premise events according to production orders.
• Ensure correct quantity and type of items are sent to events.
• Coordinate with food production stations regarding missing or incorrect items.
• Package food in compliance with the HACCP plan and company standards.
• Maintain the Expeditor Station and uphold cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with daily cleaning and organization of storage and production areas.
