Cotton Culinary is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in a fast-paced banquet environment. You’ll help with meal preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and service efficiency across large-scale events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel 50–75% of the time and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Perform general kitchen duties such as dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support catering operations by organizing and transporting food items and supplies to various locations.
• Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations, working alongside the culinary team.
