Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer-experience minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients' locations. Schedule is Mon-Thu 10am-2pm, on-site at client offices, delivering branded, engaging lunch experiences.

Ideal candidates are excited about pop-up events, guest interaction, and representing the Sifted brand. Experience in food service is helpful but not required, and there is room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client site and delight staff.
• Create a pop-up vibe using branded materials and branding messaging.
• Tell the menu story and ingredients through branded paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency and overall experience.

About the role

Schedule : Mon - Thurs // 10am-2pm

Sifted set out to reimagine the office lunch hour, creating a data-driven experience that is designed for destination workplaces. Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients' locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

This particular position doesn't require a vehicle or the ability to drive.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

Our ideal candidate

• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally

Physical requirements

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
