Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver + serve lunches and manage on-site experiences at client locations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced events, enjoys representing the Sifted brand, and is excited to create memorable, hospitality-driven lunch experiences for staff.

The position is part-time, Tuesday and Wednesday shifts, 9:30am–2:00pm, with perks including paid time off, company holidays, and free lunch.

Qualifications

• Some food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidate should be detail oriented with focus on the customer experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced events and interacting with guests.
• Represents the Sifted brand positively at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Learn the menu with the culinary team, pick up lunch, and deliver to offices.
• Create a pop-up vibe using branded paper and creativity.
• Explain menu stories and ingredients through branded messaging.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.

About the role

Sifted set out to reimagine the office lunch hour, creating a data-driven experience that's designed for destination workplaces. Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver + serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

Shift: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30am - 2:00pm

• Has some food service experience, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Shift: Weekdays

Weekly day range: Tuesday and Wednesday // 9:30am - 2:00pm

Eligibility : This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)

Work environment : This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices

Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
