Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Cook - Catering in Seattle to deliver warm, memorable experiences for guests and clients. You will support daily catering prep, ensure safety and quality standards, and assist with dishwashing and smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is a team player, and remains flexible in a fast-paced setting. They must be able to stand for extended periods and handle varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivers warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Supports catering prep for daily operation (BOH and line).
• Maintains safety, quality, and service standards; manages quantities for daily service.
• Assists with cleanliness, hygiene, and proper uniform and glove use.
• Communicates issues to Restaurant Supervisor or Food Operations Manager.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items, prices, and specials for guests.
