The position emphasizes menu development, staff growth, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, hands-on foodservice operations.
• Must be experienced with computers.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus following guidelines and recipes.
• Supervise and mentor chefs, cooks, and team on prep, handling, equipment, and sanitation.
• Forecast annual food and labor costs and supervise financial results.
• Ensure culinary standards and food quality; verify recipe compliance.
• Lead inventory and ensure product availability; enforce health regulations.
• Foster client relationships and drive program alignment and retention.

Education

A.S. degree or equivalent experience

Three+ years of culinary/kitchen management

High-volume foodservice experience
