Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. seeks a catering team member to assist with prep, delivery setup, and teardown for events. You will coordinate deliveries, confirm orders and timing, and upsell drinks and menu items to guests, while representing the Famous Dave's brand with friendly, timely service.

You will also perform side duties, answer phones, buss tables, clean work stations, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality on shift.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and superior communication skills required.
• English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere and explain signature items.
• Greet Guests, tour menu, and suggest signature items and catering menus.
• Present checks and handle payments; process proper charge card procedures.
• Assist other servers with running food, refilling beverages, and pre-bussing.
• Set up and tear down site for service items and maintain station cleanliness.
