Job summary

Famous Dave's in Louisville seeks a Catering person to assist in food preparation, setup, delivery, and teardown for catering events. You will greet guests, upsell drinks and menu items, and ensure accurate orders while representing the Famous Dave's brand.

The role includes side duties such as answering phones, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean work area with punctual attendance. You will work with a friendly team, follow liquor laws, and use the POS system to process orders and payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to greet, explain menu items and upsell catering offerings.
• Assist with serving, bussing, delivering, and supporting team members as needed.
• Operate the POS system to clock in/out, input orders and process payments.
• Set up and tear down catering sites and equipment as required.
• Occasionally drive catering vehicle to events.
