Job summary

Brackett's Crossing Country Club in Minnesota is seeking a Catering Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead the sales cycle for events, coordinate marketing materials, and ensure flawless execution of banquets and catering functions. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and Catering to meet revenue goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service mindset, with flexibility to manage varying event

Qualifications

• Handle full sales cycle of marketing, touring, booking and closing of events.
• Develop catering marketing and promotional materials including tour packets, social media and updating websites.
• Coordinate and execute all events with the Director of Sales and Catering.

Responsibilities

• Execute banquet, catering and designated member events as assigned.
• Communicate with Banquet Manager, Banquet Chef and clients to ensure smooth service during events.
• Complete contracts, collect initial deposits and final payments from completed events.
• Monitor events booked to ensure functions are delivered to client expectations.
