Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of catering sales management experience in venues.
• Experience leading and managing teams in high-volume events.
• Strong understanding of large-scale events and premium hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and close sales with clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 across catering planning and operations.
• Provide on-site leadership during events to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Event teams for planning and delivery.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and event documentation.
• Maintain client relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Utilize catering and sales systems to track bookings and reporting.
• Present weekly and monthly sales and revenue reports.
• Participate in weekly revenue meetings.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide tailored event solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.
