SSA Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Catering & Events Coordinator to drive catering sales and ensure seamless event execution. This hybrid role blends sales strategies with event logistics, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Collaborate with Area Sales, Culinary, and operations teams to create BEOs, coordinate events from planning to breakdown, and uphold SSA's hospitality standards across venues.

Responsibilities

• Secure signed agreements and create BEOs for leads and bookings.
• Attend on-site tours with venue sales or catering operations teams.
• Sell and upsell catering services to clients.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as onsite contact for events sold by Area Sales Manager.
• Plan and execute catering events with timelines, staffing, visuals, and logistics.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure flawless events.
• Create eye-catching and innovative F&B displays with the Culinary Team.
