Cheba Hut is seeking a motivated Catering Sales & Events Lead to grow catering across four Milwaukee-area locations. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up, building relationships with offices, schools, and community groups, and ensuring memorable catering experiences.

This full-time role combines sales and operations, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate with store teams to guarantee accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, catering, restaurants, hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Reliable transportation for visiting accounts and stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on catering needs.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as spreadsheets, POS reports, email, CRM tools, and online ordering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering sales across four locations and build repeat catering business.
• Own the catering sales pipeline for all four locations; identify and contact prospects.
• Create quotes, confirm order details, and coordinate delivery and setup.
• Maintain high standards for order accuracy, timing, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with store teams, office managers, and event planners to ensure seamless execution.
