Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of catering or related work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk during a shift in a busy retail/c catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate across kitchen, bakery, deli and other departments to fulfill orders.
• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Prepare and issue invoices, determine pricing, and oversee department bookkeeping procedures.
• Develop standard catering practices and perform quality checks for multi‑event catering.
• Organize store shows and events and coordinate with the events coordinator for annual events.
• Consult with customers on rental equipment and vendor options with Store Director approval.
