Qualifications

• Prior work history in catering, food preparation, food service and customer service.
• Knowledge of current food health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, fast-paced, organized and able to communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining and event areas as per manager instructions.
• Ensure all tableware and decorations are ready before events.
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Load/unload food, tableware and supplies for events.
• Set up utensils, glasses, plates and place settings precisely.
• Clean and store catering equipment after events.
• Answer guests' questions and address requests during events.
• May perform other duties as needed.
