Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, TX. You will assist with catering orders, set up and break down events, transport equipment and serve guests during service.

The role requires flexibility for event-based hours, ability to work independently, and adherence to dress code and safety policies. Prior catering or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the dress code.
• Must be available for event-based hours.
• Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests.
• Transport and deliver catering food and supplies.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and equipment.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of service areas.
• Pickup and clean up after service.
• Break down area and return equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
