Chick-fil-A The Gardens in Florida is hiring team members for both full-time and part-time roles. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced environment focused on teamwork, customer care, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with catering and delivery support, maintaining food safety, and delivering high-quality service in a busy kitchen and dining area while upholding Chick-fil-A standards. This is more than a job—it's a chance to build leadership and life skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Able to work in hot, noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Mobility and ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking, prepping, and staging products for catering orders.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and catering leadership about order status.
• Adapt to changing priorities and last-minute orders.
• Support other BOH roles during non-peak catering hours.
• Load catering vehicles safely with prepared orders.
• Maintain food safety and quality during transport and storage.
• Assist with delivery routes as assigned, representing Chick-fil-A professionally.
• Ensure catering orders are assembled and labeled accurately.

Position Type:

Back of the House Catering and Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Assist with cooking, prepping, and staging products to support catering demand.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and catering leadership regarding order status.
• Adapt to changing priorities, such as last-minute orders or adjustments.
• Support other BOH roles during non-peak catering hours.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Assist in loading catering vehicles with prepared orders for safe transport.
• Maintain food safety and quality during transport by following approved handling procedures.
• Support delivery routes as assigned, representing Chick-fil-A with professionalism and warmth.
• Accurately assemble and package catering orders according to Chick-fil-A brand standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail with portioning, labeling, and order accuracy.
• Ensure all catering orders are hot, fresh, and ready at the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
• Maintain clean and organized prep, packaging, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Assist with cooking, prepping, and staging products to support catering demand.

• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
