Job description

Deliver orders and collect payment from customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, representing the high standards of our restaurant. Supports other revenue streams such as catering, events, and the marketing department. Takes orders through our online platform, phones, or catering department. This position is supported by our Mission Statement: To create the perfect neighborhood restaurant one colorful table at a time.

Responsibilities :

1. Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations.
2. Assist with answering phones, taking orders, and expo orders, as needed.
3. Assist with restocking and replenishment of products and supplies as stipulated in shift duties.
4. Generate an efficient and timely delivery route that minimizes customer wait times when delivering more than one order.
5. Learn the names and recognize regular guests, especially those specific to the surrounding area's demographic, including companies.
6. Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make change if applicable.
7. Clean and maintain all company vehicles and work areas associated with the job.
8. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
9. Listen to and report customer complaints regarding services or orders directly to the manager.

Requirements

• Must have a valid USA driver license.

• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This is a tipped position.
