As an independent delivery driver, you will pick up and drop off delicious catering orders to help complete our guests' events. It's up to you to bring the BUONA guest experience to homes, offices, and more by providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for deliveries – if you're running late, call our guest ASAP.
• Follow all approved procedures for deliveries, including setup, sorting, and cleaning.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations.
• Greet all customers and provide prompt, friendly, courteous service, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times and observe the company dress code.
• Take care of vehicles and equipment, including filling out driver checklists and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow all traffic laws, parking rules, and safety regulations at delivery sites.
• Observe scheduled shift hours or those assigned by the manager.
• Follow all store rules and company policies.
