As an independent delivery driver, you will pick up and deliver catering orders to help create memorable events for our guests. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service while bringing the BUONA experience to homes, offices, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Arrive on time for deliveries; contact guests if running late.
2. Follow all procedures for deliveries, including setup, sorting, and cleaning.
3. Adhere to all health, safety, and civil regulations.
4. Greet customers warmly and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Maintain a neat and professional appearance and observe dress code.
6. Care for vehicles and equipment, including completing checklists and maintaining cleanliness.
7. Follow traffic and parking regulations at delivery sites.
8. Observe scheduled shift hours.
9. Follow store rules and company policies.
