As an independent delivery driver, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off catering orders to help complete our guests' events. Your role is to bring the BUONA guest experience to homes, offices, and more by providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for deliveries; if running late, call the guest ASAP.
• Follow all approved procedures for deliveries, including setup, sorting, and cleaning.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and observe the company dress code.
• Take care of vehicles and equipment, including completing driver checklists and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow all traffic and parking regulations at delivery sites.
• Observe scheduled shift hours or those assigned by the manager.
• Follow all store rules and company policies.

How It Works

• You will be added to our driver roster and called to fulfill orders as needed.
• Earn a base pay of $12/hour plus 100% of tips.
• Training provided for first-time drivers.
