• Communicate with restaurant leadership to plan for large orders and busy catering days
• Keep catering supplies, equipment, and delivery materials stocked and organized
• Maintain a clean and organized catering area
• Help ensure orders are prepared and ready by the promised time
• Follow up with catering guests and help create positive, lasting relationships
• Support restaurant operations during peak periods and when catering responsibilities allow
• Demonstrate Chick-fil-A hospitality with every catering guest interaction
