Job summary

Chick-fil-A Grandview Yard is seeking a Catering Coordinator who is passionate about hospitality and serving others. You will support both in-restaurant pickup orders and on-site delivery, delivering detailed, on-time catering experiences to guests.

You’ll be coached and supported as a valued member of the Catering team, upholding food safety standards and demonstrating CARE and teamwork to every guest you serve.

Our Restaurant is looking for a Catering Coordinator who has a passion for excellence and for serving others. You will be coached and supported as a valuable part of the Catering team.

The role of a Catering Coordinator is to pursue best-in-class hospitality by serving Catering guests with detailed, accurate, on-time catering orders. Both in the restaurant for pick-up orders and by personally delivering orders to guest’s locations. During your shift, show CARE and hospitality toward guests, maintain the highest standards of integrity and food safety, and act as a role model for the team.

Successful applicants must be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

Prior experience in hospitality or catering services is preferred, but not required.
