Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cross Pointe is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support the leadership team by owning all incoming and outgoing catering orders and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role involves fulfilling orders for pick-up and delivery, organizing catering materials for the next day, and collaborating with front- and back-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Day shift availability (6:00am-4:00pm)
• Must be 18+ years old
• 35+ hours a week availability minimum
• Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, dependable and have great guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all incoming and outgoing catering orders.
• Fulfill orders in a fast-paced, team environment for pick-up and delivery.
• Organize/stage catering orders/materials for the next day’s orders.
• Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A when delivering to businesses.
