Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria in Cool Springs, TN is seeking a Catering Coordinator to organize, confirm, prepare, and deliver catering orders. This hands-on role rewards clear communication, urgency, and a focus on creating great guest experiences.

When catering orders are not scheduled, you’ll support Front of House, assist with daily operations, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented work environment with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving and delivering catering orders.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to lift and carry catering orders and supplies.
• Availability during peak catering periods, including mornings, lunches, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm upcoming catering orders for accuracy.
• Communicate with guests to verify order details, delivery times, addresses, setup needs, and special requests.
• Coordinate with restaurant leaders and kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time and correctly.
• Check each order for accuracy, food quality, and presentation.
• Maintain clear records of upcoming and completed catering orders.
• Safely deliver catering orders to businesses, schools, events and other locations.
