Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Catering Coordinator to perform cooking, prep, and sanitation, and to transport food to catering events. You will work independently, resolve problems, and build client satisfaction while supporting a rotating shift schedule.
The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 2-3 years of catering or culinary/kitchen experience, with hospital hospitality experience preferred. Benefits include tuition reimbursement and PTO.

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for performing a range of food service duties, including cooking, prepping, and general sanitation. Must be able to transport food and equipment to catering functions. Ability to work independently and make own judgement when resolving problems. Develops customer relationships to maintain client satisfaction.

Minimum 16.65/hour - Maximum 27.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
