Rapport Guest Services in New York seeks a Catering Coordinator for the Executive Dining and Conference Services team to coordinate catering for meetings, events, and executive engagements.
You will manage end-to-end catering orders—from intake and planning through execution and post-event follow-up—serving as the liaison between clients, conference services, culinary teams, and operations to ensure top‑level hospitality.

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Dining and Conference Services team, responsible for coordinating and executing catering services that support meetings, events, and executive engagements across the New York office. The Catering Coordinator acts as a central liaison between clients, conference services, culinary teams, and operational partners to ensure that all catering requests are delivered with precision, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality.
You will manage the end-to-end coordination of catering orders—from intake and planning through execution and post-event follow-up—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch corporate environment.
The Catering Coordinator will also play an important role in maintaining service standards, anticipating client needs, and ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage services for both routine meetings and high-profile events. Success in this role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners including conference services, workplace services, culinary teams, and facilities to create a polished and consistent client experience.
