Elior Group is seeking a Catering Coordinator for on-site events at the WVU Alumni Center. You will coordinate all aspects of catering from planning through execution, collaborating with clients, culinary teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events from start to finish, including logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring event details meet expectations.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for catering orders, event rentals, and materials.
• Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Maintain a master calendar of events and deadlines, and communicate details to stakeholders.
• Liaise with external vendors to arrange equipment, rentals, and services for events.
• Provide on-site assistance during events and address last-minute issues promptly.
• Manage catering supplies, equipment, and inventory for upcoming events.
• Ensure all food and services meet company standards for quality and presentation.
