Job summary

Desert Oak Barbecue is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to support the catering manager and extend the warmth and lifestyle of our brand beyond the restaurant. This outside sales role builds real relationships with guests and clients while assisting with the production, packaging, and delivery of orders.

At Desert Oak Barbecue, our Catering Sales Coordinator will directly assist the catering manager and is responsible for taking the warmth and lifestyle of our brand beyond the four walls of our restaurant and into the businesses and homes of our communities. This is an outside sales role that involves building real and lasting relationships with our guests/clients. In addition, our CSCs are involved to some extent with the production, packaging, and delivery of catering orders, thereby making this a very hands‑on role that requires a high sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and top‑notch hospitality.
