Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure all dishes meet DO & CO's quality and presentation standards.
  • Lead by example in food preparation, maintaining consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor ingredient usage, minimize waste, and manage multiple stations to meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines as outlined in the Food Safety Management System.
  • Promptly report any food safety concerns to the manager and hygiene team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume food production.
  • Culinary arts certification or relevant training is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times.
  • Energetic, hard-working, and organized individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work long hours in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures.
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts (different shifts, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
