Owens Corning is seeking a Catering Chef to lead daily culinary prep for catering services, events, and client functions. You will ensure flavor, presentation, and portion control meet our standards while coordinating packaging, delivery, and service.

The role requires strong leadership and culinary expertise, with emphasis on food safety, quality, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in culinary arts or related field preferred; extensive experience considered.
• Three or more years in culinary/catering environments with production planning.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen management and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily catering food prep and production for events, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Follow recipes, portion control, labeling, and safe transport of food items.
• Coordinate with event teams to meet menus, dietary needs, and client requests.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment readiness.
