Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Catering Captain at Target Headquarters, Minneapolis, MN. The role requires catering leadership experience and includes coordinating staff, preparing and serving food, and driving food and beverages to events. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous catering leadership experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must obtain or have a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Supervise setup, serving, and cleanup at functions.
• Ensure HACCP standards and proper food presentation and temperature controls.
