Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Catering Captain at the Abercrombie & Fitch site in New Albany, Ohio. The role coordinates catering staff schedules, ensures timely delivery of functions, and oversees setup, service, and breakdown under the direction of the Catering Director.

Candidates should have prior catering experience; supervisory catering experience is preferred. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with some weekends and nights required.

Qualifications

• Prior catering experience is required.
• Prior supervisory catering experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required; food handler's/permitting requirements may apply by state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely service.
• Oversees setup, service, and breakdown for functions.
• Interacts with customers and resolves issues in a service-focused manner.
• Ensures proper food presentation and adherence to standards.
• Provides guidance to staff and enforces HACCP guidelines.
