Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Catering Captain positions at Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, KY. Online applications accepted only.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with schedule Sunday through Saturday and hours varying. As a Catering Captain, you coordinate staff, prep and serve food at functions under the Catering Director, and may drive a truck to deliver to events.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules for functions and ensures timely service.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the Catering Director.
• May drive a delivery truck to transport food and beverages to events.
• Maintains proper presentation and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a professional manner.
