Compass Group USA is seeking a Catering Captain to oversee catering staff at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY. Positions available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with varied hours Sunday through Saturday.

Prior catering and supervisory experience preferred, pay range $16.00–$19.00 per hour, location offering training and opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring timely food service, and maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff workload based on orders.
• Meet with function leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge to staff and guests.
• Instruct staff on expectations for catered events.
• Assist with room setup and delivery of food and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and manage serving temperatures.
