Job summary

Eurest in Green Valley, AZ is hiring a full-time Catering Captain to coordinate catering staff for on-site and off-site events. The role involves preparing and serving food at functions under the Catering Director, and may include delivering to locations.

Expect shift work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evenings. The position requires production cook and catering setup experience, along with potential driving duties.

Qualifications

• Must have production cook and catering setup experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Determine workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements and resolve changes.
