Qualifications

• Prior catering experience is required.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup, and handles last-minute changes and problems.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-minded way.
• Demonstrates understanding of menu items and guides staff on expectations.
• Sets up rooms to meet specifications and assists with delivering food and supplies.
• Serves and presents food and beverages to guests and ensures proper temperatures and sanitation.
