+ We are hiring immediately for full-time CATERING CAPTAIN positions.

Job Summary

Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service, and cleanup. Prepares and serves food under supervision. May drive a truck for deliveries. Essential duties include determining workload, coordinating with function leaders, interacting with customers, instructing staff, setting up rooms, delivering food, serving, maintaining sanitation, and following food safety standards.

Qualifications: A valid driver’s license may be required. Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required.
