Job description

Support the Outlet Manager in the efficient overall running of the outlet by actively supervising junior team members, overseeing operations in assigned sections, and ensuring all tasks and duties are performed in line with departmental standards.

What will I be doing?

• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including product knowledge, supervisory skills, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Effective communication skills in English with guests and employees.
• Prompt response to guest requests with accurate follow-up.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, or courses as requested by your Supervisor/Manager.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by your Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure departmental service standards are strictly followed.
• Handle operating equipment properly to minimize breakage or loss.
• Maintain friendliness and politeness towards guests at all times.
• Assign and supervise side duties to all direct reports.
• Assist in other Food & Beverage areas as required.
• Handle guest complaints/comments efficiently and promptly.
• Adhere to outlet cleaning schedules and identify additional requirements.
• Assist in food & beverage service when needed.
• Assist in preparation of mise-en-place.
• Learn and understand menu terminology.
• Report for duty on time in clean attire.
• Follow policies and procedures of the Food & Beverage department.
