Job Title: Catering Captain

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Catering Captain position at Eurest.

Location

Charles Schwab - 9800 Schwab Way, Lone Tree, CO 80124. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory and food service experience required.

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Coordinates catering staff schedules, ensures timely delivery of functions, and may drive a truck for deliveries. Prepares and serves food under the supervision of the Catering Director.

Responsibilities

• Determine workload from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders for setup and last-minute changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Understand menu items thoroughly.
• Instruct staff on work expectations.
• Assist with setup and delivery of food and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages, ensure proper presentation and temperatures, follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and equipment cleanliness.
• Follow approved recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain or possess a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by law.
