Schedule varies Tue–Sat; prior catering experience required. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit may be required. Training available. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, serving and clearing functions, and ensuring proper food

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered, served and cleared on time.
• Prepares and serves food under supervision; may drive a truck to delivery sites.
• Discusses setup with function group leaders and handles last-minute changes.
