Qualifications

• Prior catering and supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license may be required; must possess or obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates workload from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain sanitation and proper temperatures; follow HACCP.
