Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Catering Attendant in Miami. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions, assist with setup and breakdown, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

A valid driver’s license and food handler/Alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law may be needed. The role includes uniform tops, a shoe stipend, shift meals and holiday pay, with opportunities for extensive on-site training and career growth within the Compass Group hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• May drive a catering delivery truck.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
